Currently, she is a member of the board of directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Company (PNJ), and at the same time the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CAO Fashion Company Limited (CAF). CAO Fine Jewelery is a jewelry brand. PNJ’s most advanced strength. Prior to that, Ms. Lien was general manager of PepsiCo’s beverage franchise in Vietnam, senior deputy general director of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam’s beverage company, where she joined in 2007. Ms. Lien used to work at many consumer goods companies in Vietnam including LG, Dutch Lady, Unilever. Ms. Lien participates in community activities and promotes the development of young female entrepreneurs and talents. She is currently vice president of Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association (HAWEE) and vice president of Vietnam Marketing Association.
