Edmas is Founder of Accrete Innovation, a private investor and venture co-builder that focuses on building sustainable ventures. He has also founded SEA Anchor Angels and Sustainable Innovation & Investment Global Network.

Edmas has played a key role in the development of Singapore startups and innovation ecosystem and drove digital transformation programmes across multiple industries. He was the CEO of Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), a national private led organisation that represents over 4000 Singapore technology startups, and was Regional Director at Singapore Innovate, a Singapore government wholly owned venture capital firm.

During his term at ACE, he has led ACE’s expansion into China and Thailand and has established a connected ecosystem across 20 cities. Since 2014, he has founded a number of acceleration and market access programmes that have supported over 200 global startups, and has further enabled various prominent corporate innovation programmes.

Edmas’ experience include managing government transformation programme, managing eBusiness venture investments and had successfully exited an eProcurement company. He is well connected and was chairperson of Singapore Innovation Enablers Network, was a member of Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council, and an Advisory Board Member of Innovation Leaders Summit (Japan).

Edmas earned an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical (& Electronics) from Nanyang Technological University.
