Founded in 2021, Luwjistik offers a software-as-a-service platform that provides API integration for logistics companies to connect with first-mile, customs clearance and last miles service providers of their choice in cross-border markets and follow each transaction to completion.
For example, the platform will allow logistics providers in Indonesia looking to ship to Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam to link up with customs clearance and last-mile delivery companies in the respective countries, which would then complete the delivery process.
With a single unified API gateway, our clients can connect, design, and build their own supply chain of cross-border eCommerce through our platform.
Luwjistik has developed technology to enable these logistics companies to increase their operational capabilities and encourage them to work with one another.
Currently, our startup is creating a global virtual community or alliance for logistics providers to form partnerships or collaborations that they may have never envisioned. We believe that this collaborative community will change how the industry works and make it more sustainable in the long run.

On the platform, clients have to key in the delivery destination and the service required, which will prompt a list of logistics peers ready to fulfill the requested service. Clients can then pick one or multiple partners and communicate with them directly. This gives clients the flexibility and autonomy to make key decisions.
Our platform also has other features such as a node calculator, a load allocation feature, and an AI-powered tool that gives recommendations on network partners and pricing strategy. The aim is to build an enterprise solution for logistics companies.
